Post after a long time.

I’ve been feeling very tired for the past few weeks because of work.

I’ve decided to make this blog into a semi-review site for iphone apps.

searching for a box

on the way home today, I decided to go to douby ghout to look for an empty box. I heard the supermarket just throw their big cardboard boxes away. So I thought I could take one home. When I went to fourcarre, they told me they dont have any boxes. So I went to daiso, hoping to find a box there for cheap. But they also dont have any empty boxes or even the normal box that they were selling. So I was about to give up, but then I decided to look at the shop beside daiso. Then I asked if they have some empty boxes I can take. And boom! they showed me a pile of boxes in different sizes. It felt weird, trying to ask for used empty boxes. It felt like a humbling experience.

moving again..

This weekend, I need to move my stuff to the new place that I’ll be staying. hopefully the move will go smoothly.

ah chinese new year in singapore feels like holy week in the philippines. Just a few cars in the street, stores closed.

Freedom!!!

Its been 9 days since my freedom from Gameloft.

And it has also been a long time since I updated my wordpress….. sorry about that

Anyway a lot of things happened from Feb. to present. The island was revamped into some other game.

I was lead developer for a while but failed (and I tried so hard) and it pissed me off.

After that, I was transfered to “The Island”.  Wasn’t too thrilled because I lost all motivation on the project.  And so at July 21, 2010, I passed my resignation. 1 day after senyor passed his resignation. And then mike also resigned the next day. Lolz 

For this month, Me, hypermike, janette, allan and maki left Gameloft. Good luck for the people who are still in Gameloft. I feel your pains.

On my last day of work,  I was given my own farewell presentation. (Now in youtube)

It was a good presentation, I liked it  except I was being called “pedo” and “japanese-korean-chinese”

We are in the Adult industry, so from time to time you will have to work around adult pictures. You will never have to participate or look at anything you are uncomfortable with..
maybe I should think of changing jobs haha .. or not….

Today I went to Robinsons galleria to finish some trade deals. After robinsons galleria, I went to Megamall to look at Otakuzine. We were suppose to meet at 12, but mike and kenley were late.  So I decided to check the event area.

When I first entered the hall, the first thing I notice was this ….

This was definitely better than looking at maids.

After a quick picture, I took a look at the left side of the hall. It was filled with the usual shops. There were lots of felt hat accessories, goth clothes, figurines.  And there was also a very large guy wearing a yellow pikachu costume. 

( Sorry, I dont want to picture someting that doesn’t look good).

The event doesn’t really have much actitivites for me. I checked out the maid cafe at the right side of the hall. There was a long line of people wanting to go in the cafe. I looked at the menu, maid pictures  and the rules. It was crap! Customers can only stay for 10 mins! They get an additional 10 minutes for a minimum of 60 peso purchase of something. And from the maid pictures, one of the maid seems to be a guy?!
WTF!

After walking inside the hall for an hour, I decided to get some sweets and rest my feet. ( hey it rhymes haha ) Then suddenly, kenley called. So we meet up,  and they (kenley and mike) had lunch.  After that, we went to the event hall.

So after that, we looked around …. and around and ……………..untill we were bored……….

Then when we looked at the Luna online area again, and we noticed there are 2 priestess now.

Yey

After that I went home because I was tired. I didn’t get enough sleep because of playing FF13 last night.  Overall It was a good day haha

Now I continue playing FF13……………..
